Distance Sales Agreement
This contract has been drawn up in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
4.1. The product will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
4.2 The delivery period is 30 days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract.
4.3 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is no right of withdrawal for cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons. After placing and paying for the order, the Buyer may cancel their order by calling customer service (if the Product has not yet been delivered to the courier by the Seller). Payment for the cancelled Product will be refunded.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT TERMS
6.1. Payment is made via the method chosen by the buyer at the time of ordering.
6.2. Once the payment is completed, the seller delivers the product to the contracted domestic cargo company.
6.3 Shipping costs for the order are the responsibility of the Buyer and are paid at the time of package pickup, as fees vary.
ARTICLE 7- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
7.1. Seller's Rights and Obligations:
-The seller is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract in a complete and sound manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
-The seller is obliged to fulfill its responsibilities arising from defective goods within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
-The seller is obliged to fulfill the obligations specified in the legislation during the cancellation and return processes.
7.2. Buyer's rights and obligations:
-The buyer is obliged to provide complete and accurate personal information (name, address, telephone, e-mail, etc.) when placing the order.
-The Buyer is responsible for checking the product upon receipt and, if any damage is detected due to cargo, not accepting the product and having a report drawn up by the cargo company representative.
-The Buyer is responsible for checking whether the order is complete and correct before receiving the product from the courier and, if he/she thinks there is a deficiency or error in his/her order, he/she is responsible for contacting the Seller's customer representative before receiving the products.
-The Buyer accepts and declares that by ticking the box before completing the order, he/she has been informed about the preliminary information regarding his/her order in the preliminary information form and about the right of withdrawal and cancellation, that he/she has confirmed this preliminary information electronically and that he/she has subsequently ordered the goods or services, in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of dispute, Izmir Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 9 - ENFORCEMENT
This agreement is deemed to be accepted by the parties upon its electronic approval.
